Desired Qualifications

- REVIT proficiency required

Project Manager
Desired Qualifications
- Professional degree in architecture
- Licensed architect preferred, but not required
- REVIT proficiency preferred
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
Responsibilities:
- Monitor projects from start to finish
- Maintain cost control throughout projects
- Work on multi-discipline project teams
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and performance

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Atlanta office.
Marketing Coordinator
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field is required
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Social Media Platforms
Essential skills:
- A strong team ethic.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Graphic design skills with an eye for detail highly desirable.
- Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Technical production skills are necessary
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, editing, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, media relations pieces and interview content/PowerPoints to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific, as well as in accordance with brand standards.
- Researching clients, market trends and background information.
- Scheduling and tracking production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
- Coordinating: events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns and award submittals.
- Assisting in Website and Social Media Management
- Managing project and client data in firm-wide databases and marketing collateral.
- Creating/analyzing sector- and/or discipline-specific reports.
- Performing support and/or administrative tasks.
