Rosser is thrilled to announce that Gary Miller, AIA, NCARB, has been elevated to Director of Sports and Entertainment. For more than 13 years, Gary has dedicated himself and his career to sports project design and management. He currently leads the firm in the pursuit and development of many project types, including university athletic facilities and fields, professional sports venues, public assembly spaces, recreation master planning and design, entertainment venues and higher education buildings to name a few. Gary will continue to bring his passion for design and service excellence to clients across while playing a key role in the growth of Rosser as a director and leader of the firm.
larry latimer, director of systems engineering
Larry, the director of Rosser’s Systems Engineering Department and Board member, is one of the foremost experts in security engineering, especially for detention facilities. He developed much of his expertise serving as the Director of Engineering for the Georgia Department of Corrections, where he managed 14,000,000 SF and $2.5 billion dollars in facility infrastructure projects. At Rosser he manages projects, designs security systems and coordinates the efforts of all our engineers.
mark van allen, aia, director of rosser justice
Mark is a Vice President, member of the Board, and directs Rosser’s Justice Group. Much of his 30 years of experience has been focused on planning and design of justice facilities. Mark came to Rosser – and Atlanta – from Indiana, where he and his wife now have an empty nest with the youngest off to college. Clients like working with Mark because of his “technical skills, commitment, and character…”
