Jim directs Rosser’s Sports Architecture group. He has a diverse background in sports design, cultivated during his 30-year career, and has served as design architect and project manager on dozens of sports projects. He currently leads the production effort for the design of the seating bowl of an iconic 60,000-seat soccer stadium in Dubai and the addition to the North Endzone of Papa John’s Stadium at the University of Louisville.
larry latimer, director of systems engineering
Larry, the director of Rosser’s Systems Engineering Department and Board member, is one of the foremost experts in security engineering, especially for detention facilities. He developed much of his expertise serving as the Director of Engineering for the Georgia Department of Corrections, where he managed 14,000,000 SF and $2.5 billion dollars in facility infrastructure projects. Mark is a Vice President, member of the Board, and directs Rosser’s Justice Group. Much of his 30 years of experience has been focused on planning and design of justice facilities. Mark came to Rosser – and Atlanta – from Indiana, where he and his wife now have an empty nest with the youngest off to college.
