Rosser is well known in the marketplace for our Sports projects, particularly in the collegiate market, (The Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium at the University of Louisville, the Petersen Events Center at the University of Pittsburgh) and for our Justice Projects, which include jails, prisons and courthouses (Lubbock County Jail, Georgia State Prisons, Sumter County Courthouse). Other markets we serve include corporate offices, higher education, military, aviation, and cultural.
